Meet Sophia Angelier, LPC-In-Training!
Sophia is a licensed professional counselor in training who recently earned her master’s degree from Carroll University in Behavioral Health Psychology. Sophia has experience working with a wide variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and substance abuse.
Sophia provides a collaborative, authentic and empathetic environment to foster growth and healing. Sophia uses a variety of therapeutic modalities such as dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. She customizes her therapeutic approach for each client to meet their individual needs.
